How to request deletion of your PCC Platinum account and data
Already have the app installed?
The fastest way to delete your account is in the app itself: open PCC Platinum → Profile → Delete Account. This immediately and permanently removes your personal information from the event.
Can’t use the app?
If you’ve uninstalled the app or can’t sign in, email contact@onstageexperiences.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include the event you registered for and the email or phone number you registered with.
What gets deleted
Your name, email, phone number, and any ID documents you submitted are permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
Event activity like challenge submissions and points may be retained in anonymised form (no longer linked to your name or contact details) so team results stay accurate for other participants.
Response time
We’ll process deletion requests within a reasonable time, generally a few business days, and may need to verify your identity first.
