Overview

This policy explains what information the PCC Platinum app collects when you register for and participate in an event run on the OnStage platform, and how that information is used.

OnStage Experiences LLP ("OnStage", "we", "us") builds and operates PCC Platinum on behalf of event organisers. Each event is invite-only — you can only join with a code or QR invite issued by the organiser.

Information we collect

Registration details you provide — your name and an email address or phone number — so the organiser can identify you and so we can issue your event pass.

Photos you choose to submit — for challenge submissions, and for photo ID verification where an event requires it. Photos are used only for the purpose you submitted them for (challenge review or identity verification by the organiser).

Event activity — challenge submissions, points and leaderboard standing, team membership, and check-ins so the app can show your progress and the organiser can run the event.

We do not collect your location, and we do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs in the app.

How we use your information

To run the event: verifying your identity, issuing your digital pass, scoring challenges, updating the leaderboard, and sending organiser announcements.

To provide support if you contact the event helpdesk.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Data retention

Event data is retained for the duration of the event and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping (for example, results and attendance), after which it is deleted or anonymised unless the organiser has a legal reason to keep it longer.

Your choices

You can ask us to access or correct your personal information by contacting us at the email below. To delete your account, use Profile → Delete Account in the app, or see pcctrips.com/delete-account if you can’t access the app. We’ll respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity first.
